Many of the products available in our shop are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party production partner, Printful. Because these items are produced after an order is placed, orders may require both processing/production time and shipping time before delivery.

Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the products ordered and the shipping destination.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by production times, shipping carriers, holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Because products may be fulfilled from different facilities, items within the same order may occasionally be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your purchase.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at northboundrootstudio@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or has shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please email northboundrootstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photographs showing the issue

Photos may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved. Printful also requires qualifying claims for damaged, defective, or misprinted products to be reported within 30 days of receipt. 

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at northboundrootstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Claims for packages lost in transit should be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. n goes here

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Northbound Root Studio LLC.

Because many of our products are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and other product details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us at northboundrootstudio@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

If the issue qualifies, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Printful’s current policy likewise requires these claims within 30 days after the product is received. 

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at northboundrootstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can review the order and correct the issue when appropriate.

Incorrect Size or Color Ordered

Because made-to-order products are produced according to the selections submitted at checkout, we generally cannot provide free replacements or refunds when a customer orders the wrong size, color, or product variation.

Please review all selections carefully before submitting your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

When a qualifying taxable sale is refunded, applicable sales tax should also be handled as part of that refund. Ohio rules provide for refunding or crediting the applicable sales tax when qualifying merchandise is returned and the purchase price is refunded or credited.
